Over The Counter (OTC) Market
OTC Markets list companies which sell their stocks to the public “over the counter”. However, there is less transparency and regulation than in the domestic stock exchange markets. There are three types of OTC market: the “best market” (OTCQX), the riskier “venture market” (OTCQB) and the riskiest “pink market”.
